Order Terms
Customers accepting the online ordering service provided by iRelax must agree and accept the following ordering terms before they can enjoy the online ordering and delivery services. The relevant terms apply to Hong Kong and other regions.
Online order
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed, due to technical issues. MEK is not responsible for any purchase issues arising from computer systems.
If You purchase similar or other goods on the same day after placing an order after one hour, MEK may regard it as another order and charge the relevant postal charges and handling charges (if applicable). Please place Your order correctly.
iRelax reserves the right to cancel any online orders, even if the computer system indicates that the transaction has already been completed, upon notification to the customer. iRelax reserves the final right to accept or reject the order.
Please confirm Your name, email address, and telephone number as well as the shipping address when filling in the order form to ensure prompt delivery. MEK shall not be liable for any loss caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customers should be responsible for the extra shipping fees caused by any sudden changes in their personal details for their orders.
If the customer fails to make payment within one day, the transaction and the order will be canceled automatically.
All products for sale are photographed in real objects. Please note that there may be some tiny errors between the actual products and the real objects, due to the environment, lighting, printing, and picture combination during shooting.

Most of the goods for sale are imported in the original package. iRelax will do its best to ensure an adequate supply of the goods. iRelax will notify our customers separately if there is an occasional shortage of stock. The refund will be completed within one month.
Based on tax differences in different countries, the selling price does not include local tariffs or local sales taxes.
iRelax reserves the right to change all the above and other terms of purchase without prior notice. If the customer does not agree, iRelax may terminate the online ordering service without affecting the goods that have already been ordered.
Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by epidemic, government action, variation in Customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs, and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

iRelax International does not sell or distribute any products regulated under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance. The company does not sell or distribute any products containing THC and its derivatives. The products listed on this website are not registered under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance or the Chinese Medicine Ordinance. Any information presented to it has not been evaluated for such registration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. When You create an account with iRelax, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party.
You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of Your account.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.
If we discover that you use a proxy IP (Internet Protocol address) to register multiple accounts, or causing any interference to our Site or the site's services, we reserve the right to remove your account.
