Our orders are checked repeatedly to ensure that the quality of the products is good, but the delivery journey may cause the products to spill, deteriorate or be damaged. Please carefully check all product information (including product model, specification and price) before ordering. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order. If the customer still wants to exchange or refund, the relevant arrangements and terms of the company are as follows:
Return method:
1. If the purchased product is found to be damaged, you can contact our customer service to apply for a replacement within 7 days after receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). When it is verified that the application meets the conditions for returning the goods, we will assist in arranging the return of the relevant goods. Overdue will not be accepted, and the return fee will be borne by the customer (including the shipping fee and the price difference for other products).
2. Customer service may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify eligibility for returns.
We only accept the following reasons for return:
・The item is damaged/defective ・It is not the item you ordered.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
・Product is not in good condition, damaged, damaged or incomplete, not in new condition and used.
・Product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete.

・Any freebies, trial gifts and items redeemed with credit, all consumables and items based on hygiene issues.

・If the same product has been sold out, it can be exchanged for a product of the same or lower value than the original purchase value, or a product with a higher value for the difference.
If you return to a product with a lower value than the original, there will be no refund for the balance. (The value of the product is based on the single-piece price on the day of application for return).
Exchange method:
1. 7 days after receiving the goods (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), contact our customer service to request an exchange, and present the order or receipt as proof, and send it back to our office for exchange after confirmation.
2. All return shipping costs during the return and exchange process shall be borne by the customer.
3. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. Returns will not be accepted if order or receipt information is not provided as proof.
5. After we receive your return, we will arrange the return and exchange process for you within five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
6. All returns and exchanges will be sent directly to SF Express freight collect.
7. Any product that has not been applied for and confirmed/does not meet the conditions for return or exchange will not be processed, and will be returned directly to SF Express in the form of freight collect,
without prior notice, and the customer shall bear any costs and risks incurred. .
Refund method:
1. Customers must clearly understand the terms and conditions before placing an order. After the order is established, no cancellation or refund will be accepted for any personal reasons. If you order products/services through this store, it means that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of purchase. The shop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice, and it is the customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order for purchase.
2. Accepted refunds will be arranged within 14 working days.
3. The used shopping credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
4. Once the order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 7-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after payment.
